What’s the Noter ؟

Noter, or Notary Public is a public service that document operations for assuring security and preventing disagreements and execute other duties given by laws, for example in the cases of buying or renting properties. It is often needed whenever you are doing a business transaction or applying for a residence permit in Turkey for example.

If you need a document translated into Turkish, ask the Noter. Translation offices with Turkish government certified translators are often located near the Noter.
