Residence sales in Turkey increased by 40% in July 2017.

Residence sales in Turkey increased significantly during the month of July 2017, by 42.4% compared to July 2016. To clarify, the Turkish Statistics Authority issued a report today, stating that 115,869 residential properties were sold in Turkey during July, with an increase of 18.7%, compared to June 2017.

The city of Istanbul ranked first with 18,083 residences, accounting to 15.6% of the total residences sold. Ankara came second. Meanwhile, the state of Sirnak (Eastern) sold 41 houses, followed by Hakkari with 17, and Aradahan with only 8 houses.
